Messy Workshop Blog Hop Party :)
April 27th, 2012 | Uncategorized | 13 Comments »Welcome to B’sue’s (of B’sue Boutiques) Messy Workshop Blog Hop!
So, here it is, the chaos that is my workspace. Usually, it is in some state of disarray, but four times a year, my college textbooks get added to the mix. Add to it having three kids ages five, four, and two and, well…you can see where this is going.

I do try to keep somewhat organized, as you can see, there are storage containers that house my beads, findings, stringing material, wire, tools, etc. Buried under my books is my laptop I use when I’m on the go working on photography. My kids’ Nintendo DS Lites seem to have found a resting space on top of my hot laminator. I’m guessing they thought that was a great spot for them. Under the pile of paper from all the IEP meetings I’ve been attending for my oldest, is my beading tray with several projects in various stages of doneness. I also have a lot of my finished pieces packed away in the clear organizer under my husband’s camera bag that seems to have found a home in my work area. Believe it or not, just a couple weeks ago the entire workspace was well organized and without the madness you see now.
So, what comes from all of this? Here are a few examples:

ENJOY!

I think you’re doing great for having the toddlers and going to school. I really love your chandelier earrings. Great job!
For a small work space, with three young children and a husband to add to the mess, that is a remarkably clean area
lol
Remarkably organized, considering all the kids and school and such; I’m impressed! Nice work you are doing, too.
Wow school, art and little ones. How do you keep up with it all? My goodness. Loved visiting your space! Warmly, Tracy
Having 3 little ones it is amazing you get anything done, love your designs and thank for sharing…Gerry
Thanks for sharing your space with us. I love that your stash is portable. Love your choices of stone beads so much.
Your workspace looks great! No mess at all! Keep on beading!

I’m impressed…You’ve got a lot going on in your life, and you still keep your space looking good, and usable! Pretty necklace and earrings, too

Wow, you do have a lot going on! I love your creations, they are beautiful. I especially love those earrings
If you can create beautiful things like this from a “messy” place (and trust me, yours is NOT that bad) maybe I should try harder to find my creativity.
